Se llama NexaSync NS-01 y está aquí para que tu estancia sea más cómoda y para cuidar la vivienda. Queremos que sepas exactamente qué hace, sin letra pequeña.
Lo que hace por ti
❄️Clima a tu gusto. Controla el aire acondicionado desde la pantalla, sin buscar el mando ni pelearte con él. La temperatura y la humedad se ajustan solas si quieres olvidarte del tema.
📶WiFi propio y estable. El alojamiento tiene su propia conexión, independiente del edificio. No compartes red con nadie más.
📝Check-in en minutos. Registra tu documento desde el propio dispositivo y cumple con el trámite obligatorio ante las autoridades sin colas ni esperas ni enviar fotos por WhatsApp.
🆘Ayuda cuando la necesitas. Instrucciones del alojamiento, contacto directo con el anfitrión, incidencias y recomendaciones de la zona, todo en un sitio.
🌬️Aire más sano. Detecta niveles altos de CO₂ o mala ventilación y te avisa para que abras una ventana. Se nota al dormir.
🔇Sin sorpresas al salir. Si el nivel de ruido se dispara, te avisa a ti primero, en la pantalla. La idea no es sancionarte: es que puedas bajarlo antes de que un vecino se moleste y de que haya un problema.
Lo que NO hace (esto es lo importante)
🚫No hay cámaras de vigilancia. Ninguna cámara está grabando ni transmitiendo el interior de la vivienda.
🎙️No graba ni escucha conversaciones. El sensor de sonido mide únicamente el volumen ambiental en decibelios, igual que la aguja de un vúmetro. No capta palabras, no guarda audio y es técnicamente incapaz de reconstruirlo.
👤No sabe quién eres ni qué haces. No hay seguimiento de personas, ni de móviles, ni de tu actividad en internet.
🌐No mira lo que haces en la red. El WiFi no analiza ni registra tu navegación.
Tus datos, en claro
- Se registran valores ambientales: temperatura, humedad, calidad del aire, nivel de ruido en decibelios y estado de los aparatos.
- Los datos del check-in son los que exige la normativa y van únicamente a las autoridades competentes.
- Nada se vende ni se cede a terceros con fines publicitarios.
- Puedes ejercer tus derechos de acceso, rectificación y supresión escribiendo a [email de contacto].

It's called NexaSync NS-01. It's here to make your stay more comfortable and to look after the property. We want you to know exactly what it does — no small print.
What it does for you
❄️Climate the way you like it. Control the air conditioning straight from the screen, no hunting for a remote. Temperature and humidity can adjust themselves if you'd rather not think about it.
📶Your own stable WiFi. The apartment has its own connection, independent from the building. You're not sharing a network with anyone else.
📝Check-in in minutes. Scan your ID on the device and complete the legally required registration with the authorities — no queues, no waiting, no sending photos over WhatsApp.
🆘Help when you need it. House instructions, direct contact with your host, issue reporting and local recommendations, all in one place.
🌬️Healthier air. It detects high CO₂ or poor ventilation and lets you know to open a window. You'll notice it at night.
🔇No nasty surprises at checkout. If noise levels spike, it warns you first, on the screen. The point isn't to penalise you — it's so you can turn it down before a neighbour is disturbed and it becomes a problem.
What it does NOT do (this is the important part)
🚫No surveillance cameras. Nothing is recording or streaming the inside of the apartment.
🎙️No recording, no listening. The sound sensor measures only ambient volume in decibels, like the needle on a level meter. It captures no words, stores no audio, and is technically incapable of reconstructing any.
👤It doesn't know who you are or what you're doing. No people tracking, no phone tracking, no monitoring of your online activity.
🌐It doesn't look at your browsing. The WiFi neither inspects nor logs where you go.
Your data, plainly
- Environmental readings are logged: temperature, humidity, air quality, noise level in decibels, and appliance status.
- Check-in data is only what the law requires and goes solely to the competent authorities.
- Nothing is sold or shared with third parties for advertising.
